Launch of thirteen automatic die casting complexes for casting automotive products and door fittings in Tolyatti

In order to localize production and import substitution plans, one new and modernized existing production was created, a total of 13 YIZUMI die casting complex were launched based on cold-chamber casting machines with a locking force of 300 tons for aluminum casting and hot-chamber machines with a locking force of 90 tons for zinc casting.

The main products are automotive components, as well as door and window fittings.

The main characteristics of foundry complexes:

• Locking force of cold-chamber machines — 300 tons;
• Locking force of hot-chamber machines — 90 tons;
• Fully automated process using industrial manipulators.

The implementation of this project made it possible to create new jobs, launch the production of products previously supplied from abroad, as well as expand the list of supplied nomenclature for the country’s largest automakers.
