Five injection molding machines launched at the largest optical instrument manufacturer in the Republic of Belarus

As part of the production modernization project, five YIZUMI casting machines with locking forces of 300 and 400 tons were launched. Casting machines are designed for the manufacture of body elements of high-precision optical devices. This project is the largest in the instrument industry.

Key features of the die casting machine:

• Locking force: 300 tons and 400 tons;
• Average cycle time up to 45 seconds;
• The casting machine’s capacity is at least 600 castings per shift.

This equipment has significantly increased the company’s production capacity and introduced a range of new components.
