Launch of YuYang complex at TOO KAMLIT KZ
The project started on 01.02.2024
After more than two years of intensive work, YUYANG successfully completed the entire installation process TOO «KAMLIT KZ» (Kazahstan, Kostanay). The installed equipment has been meticulously designed to meet Kamlit’s specific machining needs, ensuring it fulfills the requirements of their customers and component production. This collaborative project revolves around Kamlit’s greenfield foundry, which is primarily focused on the fully automated production of truck components. To support these automated process, YUYANG has supplied advanced equipment for multiple production lines.
One key contribution is the installation of two heavy grinding centers, model GS120, specifically adapted and redesigned for machining large engine blocks and handling weights exceeding 600 kg. With a cycle time for complete finishing of 240 seconds, these systems are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a palletizing system, a high-efficiency 20 kW electro-tool spindle, hydraulic part clamping, diamond-coated tools, laser compensation systems, data transfer capabilities, and various other advanced features to ensure optimal precision and efficiency.
Another major achievement is the fully automated deburring line for track axles, Based on YUYANG'S existing designs, this system has been completely re-engineered to align with Kamlit’s requirements. It consists of two working areas with three simultaneously operating KUKA robots, a separate loading and unloading area, a rotating and lifting conveyor system, a tool magazine, laser compensation systems, hydraulic part clamping units, and a safety system. Additionally, the entire processing line has been designed with scalability in mind, allowing for future expansion to accommodate increased production rates.
