Two through-type shotblasting machines were launched at KamLitKZ LLP

In December 2024, the new KamLitKZ LLP (Kazakhstan) facility commissioned two through-type shotblasting machines with an overhead conveyor.

These modern shot blasting machines operate in automatic mode and are designed to efficiently clean cylinder blocks, axles and other castings from burrs and residues of mould and core mix.

The working chambers are protected by wear-resistant armour plates made of manganese steel, which provides reliable protection and long service life of the lining.

The castings are cleaned using high-performance shot blasting turbines, which ensure perfect cleaning quality. Cleaning of one hook with attached parts takes only 3-6 minutes. Capacity of the equipment is 5-7 tonnes/hour of gray iron castings.
