As part of the modernization and expansion of production, the largest project in the industry was implemented, including the launch of seven fully automated YIZUMI casting complexes based on casting machines with a clamping force of 1,200 tons. The casting complexes are designed for casting aluminum and bimetallic radiators using two-cavity molds with a center distance of up to 500 mm, with a total increase in design capacity of 7 million finished products per year.

Key features of the casting complexes:

  • Locking force: 1,200 tons;
  • Cycle time from melt feed to casting placement on the finished product conveyor: 44-46 seconds;
  • Throughput of one complex: at least 3,000 units per day;
  • A fully automated process using ABB industrial robots, rotary tables, and conveyors for automated production, as well as machining of castings.

This modernization allowed the company to achieve a leading position in the domestic heating radiator market and reduce the share of imported products available in Russian retail chains.
