Commissioning of a new 3,2 tonnes ladle pouring device at Nizhny Novgorod Foundry LLC

In 2021, the form pouring section of the foundry of Nizhny Novgorod Foundry LLC was reconstructed.

On 24.08.2021, at LLC «Nizhny Novgorod Foundry», located in Nizhny Novgorod, in the course of modernisation of production and increase in production of castings for the automotive industry, within the framework of the project on creation of a foundry for production of cylinder blocks and cylinder heads for trucks, a new unheated ladle pouring device with a ladle capacity of 3,2 tonnes was put into operation.

This equipment made it possible to significally increase the speed up of die casting process.
