The JSC RusLitMash service department supports the operability of all equipment supplied throughout the entire service life. As part of the warranty service, JSC RusLitMash carries out equipment diagnostics and determines the reasons for its abnormal work or failure. The availability of spare parts in the Russian Federation allows for repairs to be carried out as soon as possible. Today we offer our customers to conclude an extended service contract for the entire life cycle of the equipment, which provides for periodic visits by service engineers to the customer for production. After-sales service includes: development of a maintenance plan, regular maintenance, staff training, the creation of a warehouse of spare parts and carrying out of complicate repair works.

We develop and implement programs for the lean and efficient use of equipment in the conditions of production of our customers, train in the timely detection and elimination of breakdowns, and also select high-quality consumables that allow you to get maximum efficiency from the equipment with minimal depreciation.

We provide our Customers with original spare parts from our warehouses in Yegoryevsk (Moscow region), Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk region).
