Star-up of FMM automatic molding line at JSC LVRZ

In September 2019, the OJSC Ulan-Ude Locomotive-Wagon Repair Plant commissioned complex of molding no bake equipment produced by FMM (Czech). The complex includes a mixer with output 30 tons per hour, a FAST-LOOP molding line with a plate size of 1400×1800 mm, output of the line is 6 molds per hour, a sand reclamation plant with output 10 tons per hour, a shakeout grid 2500×3000 mm, with a loading capacity 7000 kg.
