Modernization of sand plant for 100 tons per hour at JSC TMZ

In 2020, as part of the program to improve production efficiency at JSC Tutaevsky Motor Plant, the sand preparation plant of the foundry was modernized. As part of the complex, modern KUTTNER SAVELLI mixers with a total capacity 100 tons of green sand per hour were installed.

As a result of modernization, JSC TMZ received a stable sand mix, reduced cycle time, and significantly reduced the number of personnel. The equipment works fully automatically. Now only 1 operator works in this area, with main task only to monitor the parameters on the control panel.

The modern KUTTNER SAVELLI complex is equipped with a moisture control system "AQUATEST", and with the help of the "SANDCONTROL" system, a check is carried out for the compaction and compression of the sand mix.

The new equipment was integrated into the existing production chain of JSC Tutaevsky Motor Plant practically without stops in production process.
