At JSC Altaivagon the largest KUTTNER SAVELLI line in Russia was started-up

05.06.2008, the largest (by size of flask for green sand process) in Russia KUTTNER SAVELLI (Italy) molding line for the production of large railway castings (side frame and bolsters) was put in operation at JSC Altaivagon (Rubtsovsk). The size of flasks on the line is 3.000x1.800x500 / 500 mm, the productivity of the line is 6-8 full moulds per hour. The moulding method - the method of double mould squeezing FormImpress - provides the production of an automatic molding line of consistently high quality The line was delivered in complete with sand preparation plant with output 180 tons per hour. The scope of supply also includes a shake out, and filtering system. Moulding line works fully automatically. The equipment is complete with sand quality control system SANDCONTROL and humidity control system AQUATEST.
